ABOUT
With over 15 years of experience in academic and career support, I help individuals build clarity, confidence, and direction—whether they’re in school, in sport, or navigating what comes next.

I helped create Game Plan, Canada’s national support program for Olympic athletes, transforming how they prepare for life after sport through education, career planning, and personal growth.

I’ve supported more than 1,000 people balancing academics, athletics, and life demands helping them stay organized, motivated, and focused. At one of Canada’s top research universities, I led academic support services that combined coaching, progress monitoring, and life skills development.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (focused on Athletic Counseling), along with certifications in career development and mental health. I specialize in helping people build the habits and mindset they need to manage change, achieve their goals, and move forward with purpose.

I design programs that are clear, practical, and tailored to real-life needs. Whether I’m working with schools, families, or individuals, my goal is simple: to help people feel prepared, capable, and ready for what comes next.

Why "Jenius" with a J?

The name Jenius is inspired by my late golden retriever, Jeter - calm, loyal, and a constant reminder of the values that matter most in coaching;
-
presence
-
heart
-
unwavering support
It's intentionally different like the students and athletes I coach. Every person carries their own kind of genius. I'm here to help them unlock it.
